TEACHERS DAY 2015

"A Teacher can inspire hope, ignite imagination and install a love for learning."

Carmel School, Digwadih celebrated TEACHERS DAY on 5th SEPTEMBER 2015. The theme was Aquatic World. This program was organized by the students of std 9th. The program commenced with a spectacular entry of our dear teachers and was followed by the lighting of the lamp by Sister Rosylin, Sister Ennet and all our lovely teachers. Lighting of the lamp was followed by a prayer service which was performed by the students of class 9th.

Then next was a skit performed by the students of class 6th showing love and respect for our teachers. Classes 7th and 8th performed a combined skit and dance which depicted 'Importance of a teacher and how a teacher encourages the students'. Up next was a series of songs sung by the students of class 11th.this was followed by an energetic dance by the students of 12th A. Then was a heart touching dance performed by the students of std 12th B on the song "Tu na jaane aas paashain khuda". which depicted the thought - "Teachers are our God". And then they sang a song for the teachers, "Kabhi aalvida na kehna". Which was loved by everyone.

Finally there were some games organized for the teachers to have fun and relax. The program ended, there was smile on the faces of our teachers which also made the students happy. This was a wonderful day for us to show love, respect and gratitude towards our dear teachers!!
